Single Handed Shooting

This is where you learn to shoot using a single hand.

When holding a firearm and interacting with your environment, you will soon learn that a large portion of the time you will only be able to use one hand on the handgun.  Such as opening and closing doors, using a hand held flash light, holding on to a rail going downstairs, holding on to a loved one, physically holding off your assailant while shooting, defending yourself from an assailants physical attack or after being wounded and only having the use of one hand.  Shooters who dedicate 20% of their training to their other strong hand see vast improvements in their accuracy and speed.

Close Quarter Engagements

This is where you learn to create oportunities to draw and shoot fast, Life or Death fast.

These lessons were designed to show you what happens when you need to get your weapon out in close proximity to your adversary.  The closer you are to your attacker the more dangerous they are and the less time you have to react.  The criminals know this and use it to their advantage.  You have a greater chance of having to defend yourself within your adversaries reach than outside his reach.  So why do most shooting ranges exclude it?   Here at Guardian, we have built the facility to promote this training, from our tactical ranges that provide point blank shooting, to our contact bags on the range, to our combatives rooms, to our shoothouse that allows force on force contact trainning.
